The role: The Executive Support Officer's responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- assist the Associate Director, Operations, with the collection and analysis of data and report preparation in relation to commercialisation activities undertaken within the university,
- assist with updating information for academic staff (ie website and leaflet information),
- updating of procedure manuals, and
- a range of general administration support duties.
The person: You will:
- have demonstrated experience in data collection, data analysis and professional report preparation,
- have a sound knowledge of and experience with using Microsoft Excel and Word (and any other relevant software),
- have highly developed written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills,
- be organised with a flexible and proactive approach to tasks and problem solving, and
- work well within a team environment and have the ability to work autonomously as well as receive direction.
Salary range: Salary based on skills, knowledge, experience and qualifications.

Part-time, 50% role (approximately 18 hours / week)
The role: The Administration Officer manages workflow and business operations for the Liveworm studio, QCA Gold Coast campus. This position works closely with the Creative Director and the Convenor of Digital Media, and provides an interface between the University and the design community. The person: The successful candidate will have excellent administrative, financial and organisational skills; demonstrated effective communication skills; and excellent computer literacy particularly in the areas of word processing, spreadsheets, Filemaker Pro and industry specific software. A background in graphic design, advertising or related discipline would be an advantage. Salary range: HEW Level 4: $50,925 - $53,884 (pro rata) per annum. Salary package including 17% employer superannuation contribution: $59,583 - $63,045 (pro rata) per annum.
