CLOSED - Executive Support Officer required Nathan campus, part-time 55% role

The role:
The Executive Support Officer's responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • assist the Associate Director, Operations, with the collection and analysis of data and report preparation in relation to commercialisation activities undertaken within the university,
  • assist with updating information for academic staff (ie website and leaflet information),
  • updating of procedure manuals, and
  • a range of general administration support duties.

The person:
You will:

  • have demonstrated experience in data collection, data analysis and professional report preparation,
  • have a sound knowledge of and experience with using Microsoft Excel and Word (and any other relevant software),
  • have highly developed written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills,
  • be organised with a flexible and proactive approach to tasks and problem solving, and
  • work well within a team environment and have the ability to work autonomously as well as receive direction.

Salary range:
Salary based on skills, knowledge, experience and qualifications.
