Scholarships available – Electrical Engineering

You’ll be going places on a Transport and Main Roads scholarship with access to a wide range of on the job

opportunities across the department and in a regional location/s (if applicable). We’ll help you build your career

by providing financial support and exciting work experience related to your tertiary studies.

As a scholarship holder, you’ll receive:

  • financial assistance to support you while you study
  • payment of your HECS-HELP fees
  • paid vacation employment in your area of study supervised by an expert in the field
  • the opportunity to experience different work areas and locations including regional placements
  • a permanent job with Transport and Main Roads upon successful completion of your degree.
  • To be eligible, you must:

  • be in your third year of study in electrical engineering at a recognised Australian university
  • have a minimum GPA of 5
  • have permanent residency or be a permanent Australian citizen.
