Vita Futura (VF)
12 month fast track to Management Position
VF is a 12 month graduate management program, starting in operations and then specialising in a chosen discipline. VF’s are involved in Six Sigma, and assist with the co-ordination of Hotel Activities/Committees and will also gain exposure to Hotel meetings.

Vita Futura benefits
VF’s play an active role in the management of their department, working as an additional support to their Dept Head & Excom. Graduates will have a full understanding of the chosen discipline, Food & Beverage, enabling them to fast track into a management position within the Asia Pacific Region.

Minimum Criteria
• Degree Graduates (Hospitality, Business, Commerce)
• 12 months industry experience
• Australian Permanent Resident
• Relocatable throughout Asia Pacific at graduation
