The aim of the program has been to develop the operative and supervisory competencies of the Cadet.
Upon successful completion of the program the Cadet will be appointed to a position that reflects both the desired career direction and the group’s needs. Cadet intake is in February each year.
Cadets must sign a 2 year contract on commencement and be an Australian or New Zealand or a permanent resident.
