Australian Youth Ambassadors make a difference to the lives of thousands of individuals in developing countries throughout the Asia-Pacific region. The Program provides in-country support, living allowance and offers young Australians (ages 18 - 30) the chance to utilise their skills and experience and make a real contribution to development.

The AYAD Program will be advertising around 150 short term assignments for the AusAID funded program in Asia and the Pacific. Assignments for Australian Youth Ambassadors are available from 18 September 2003 at website below, for departure in March 2004.

To find out more about the AYAD Program and meet Returned Australian Youth Ambassadors, register now for the Information Session being held in Brisbane on 29th September 2003. The venue is The Holiday Inn, George St Post Shop and the session will be run from 6.30pm - 8pm.
