This scholarship is available for study at Honours level at any
Australian university.
The Scholarship is equivalent in value to the Australian PostgraduateAward stipend (currently $19,616) plus HECS paid up front. (TheHECS portion will not affect ABSTUDY eligibility).

You are eligible to apply for the Neville Bonner Scholarship if:

• you are an Australian Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander; and

you have been offered a place in Honours in 2008; or

• you have good reason to believe you are likely to be offered a place at Honours level in 2008; and
• your subject area is in the right subject field.
