The Employment and Industry team will advertise all positions university-wide on UniHub.
The Employment and Industry team will source and present all students that match the requirements of the advertised position.
All students offered positions will be engaged in the HR System and provided with standard casual onboarding information by the Employment and Industry team.
I understand that it is the hiring manager/supervisor's responsibility to assess all students presented by the Employment and Industry team within a reasonable timeframe (up to 2 weeks) and provide feedback to all interviewed students, including advising of an unsuccessful outcome. *Please note that extended timeframes for candidate review are expected where volume recruitment is being conducted.
I agree for the Employment and Industry team to advise all non-interviewed students of an unsuccessful outcome once successful candidates have been appointed.
I agree to report any known Conflicts of Interest in the appointing of a student to the position.

I understand that responsibility for verifying a student’s passport, visa status, and completing VEVO checks sits with the hiring manager / hiring area. This includes the legislative requirement of completing the International Engagement Checking Tool.
I agree to provide sufficient notice (minimum 6 weeks) for requests for assistance with volume recruitment (headcount of >10). Insufficient notice may result in the inability of the Employment and Industry Team to adequately resource support requests for volume recruitment.
